As a successful Pharmaceutical Responsible - Team Lead FR/DU - Brussels, you are in charge of the product's preparation quality and the service provided to clients. You will have the following responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
* Oversee 16 persons within the customers relationship services in contact with pharmacies, physicians & laboratories
* Support the customers relationship service/ pharmacists assistants in order management & magistral preparation
* Coordinate all aspects of the site's operations: workforce management, invoice verification, delivery delays, and dispute resolution
* Participate to budget definition
Pharmaceutical & Technical Oversight:
* Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and internal procedures in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Pharmacist
* Follow up on complaints, temperature deviations, and product recalls, and act as the local contact for pharmacovigilance.
* Take part in audits and inspections & support Pharmacovigilance
External Representation & Client Relations:
* Act as the main point of contact for pharmacists and physicians.
* Organize visits of the establishment and participate in scientific or public events (congresses, forums).
* Manage external providers - from contract negotiations to performance followup.
Jouw profiel
As a successful Pharmaceutical Responsible - Team Lead FR/DU - Brussels, you will have the following profile:
* Pharmacist degree (QP certification is an asset).
* Previous experiences in people management, coaching or team leadership.
* Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and negotiation capabilities.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
* Autonomous yet collaborative, creative, and open-minded.
* Fluent in French & Dutch.
