You will join the EMEA commercial division, responsible for driving sales and customer engagement across more than ten countries in Europe and Africa.
The Role
As a Travel Experience Sales Agent, you will play a key role in delivering tailor-made holiday experiences while contributing directly to sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver a Premium Customer Journey
1. Welcome customers with a consultative, high-end approach
2. Build strong, long-term relationships and guide clients throughout the full sales cycle
3. Ensure proactive follow-up and outstanding customer satisfaction
4. Support travel partners with bookings via the dedicated agent platform
2. Design Tailor-Made Travel Experiences
5. Understand clients’ motivations, expectations, and travel preferences
6. Provide personalised recommendations aligned with their needs
7. Promote destinations, experiences, and additional services that enhance their stay
3. Drive Commercial Growth
8. Develop revenue through client acquisition, retention, and upselling
9. Identify new business opportunities (partnerships, events, referrals, collaborations)
10. Maintain accurate client records and monitor commercial data
What We’re Looking For
11. Good knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
12. Fluency in Dutch (mandatory) and French (a strong advantage)
13. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
14. Strong customer service and consultative sales skills
15. Commercial mindset with the ability to influence and advise
16. Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences
17. Team-oriented, proactive, and entrepreneurial attitude
