What will you actually be doing? No scripts that make you sound like a robot. You'll be the human voice behind the screenhandling chats, emails, and calls to help users navigate their issues. Yes, we have KPIs (like CSAT and NPS), but our real goal is a great customer experience. What do you need to bring? Dutch is a must (C1-C2), plus a good level of English to chat with your colleagues. Experience: No need! Flexibility: Our users are active 24/7, so we work on rotating shifts (MonSun).
