WHAT IS THE JOB ALL ABOUT?
Manage a Business Unit:
* Recruit and coach Junior Business Managers
* Hire your own consultants and grow your Business Unit
* Follow-up your projects and manage consultants' evolution
* Monitor your P&L and build your own growth strategy
Be a participatory player in the business strategy:
* Propose innovative ideas to improve the business strategy
* Being a driving force within the entire business team
* Take part in strategic decisions
Identify and develop new businesses:
* Target business opportunities
* Development of existing customers
* Prospect for new business contacts
* Organize relationship follow-up with existing contacts
* Draw a strategy to leverage the market opportunities
Recruit and select:
* Screen Belgian and European markets to identify interesting candidates aligned with Cream’s business strategy
* Call, meet and evaluate candidates for consultant positions
* Collaborate with the Recruitment department to ensure Cream acts on the recruitment market accurately toward its needs
Strive for excellence:
* Attend business, technical and management training (on-boarding training + continuous training program)

* You have a successful Business Development experience in a Consulting environment (IT, Engineering,...)
* You speak fluently French and English
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to present effectively and creatively
