Key Responsibilities
1. End‑to‑End Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Drive efficiency and cost reduction across the supply chain by running a data-driven CI pipeline (Lean/Six Sigma), prioritizing high‑impact opportunities, and delivering measurable results.
2. Design & Scale Integrated Supply Chain Solutions
Architect and implement scalable solutions across logistics, inventory, and production planning, ensuring cross-functional alignment and adoption across procurement, planning, production, logistics, back-office, and IT.
3. Project & Launch Governance for Strategic Sales Initiatives
Orchestrate cross-functional readiness (sales, marketing, BD, planning, procurement) for new product ranges and complex sales projects; oversee post‑launch performance against SLAs and identify improvement opportunities.
4. Data, Systems & Performance Management (SAP & Analytics)
Leverage SAP and analytics to provide supply chain visibility, monitor contractually agreed service levels, and generate insights that feed optimization, risk management, and launch governance.
Key Deliverables
5. Optimized Supply Chain Processes: Documented improvements in logistics, inventory, and production workflows that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
6. Process Documentation & SOPs: Clear and updated standard operating procedures for supply chain processes and system usage.
7. System Integration & Data Accuracy: Successful implementation or enhancement of software tools and improved master data quality.
8. Cross-Functional Project Support: Contributions to cross-departmental projects (e.g., warehouse relocations, new product introductions) with defined milestones and outcomes.
9. Cost Reduction Initiatives: Quantifiable savings achieved through process improvements, supplier optimization, or inventory management strategies.

10. You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven solutions.
11. You optimize processes by streamlining workflows and applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency and performance improvements.
12. You collaborate effectively across functions, working closely with procurement, production, logistics, and IT teams to achieve shared objectives.
13. You take ownership of projects, leading supply chain initiatives, managing timelines, and delivering measurable results.
14. You communicate clearly and in a structured manner, ensuring effective reporting, stakeholder alignment, and smooth change management.
15. You are proficient in ERP and supply chain systems, with hands-on experience in SAP or other ERP/WMS platforms to support planning and execution.
16. You have professional-level English skills, both written and spoken,
Qualifications
17. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
18. You bring 5–10 years of relevant experience within supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
19. You have a proven track record in process improvement, data analysis, or project coordination within a supply chain context.
20. You are proficient in ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and data analysis tools (such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL).
21. You are familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
