As a Project Engineer Compliance & Validation, you ensure that analytical and bio-analytical methods and QC processes meet all applicable compliance standards. You support method validation, method transfer, compendial assessments and critical QC processes within laboratory operations.
🧪 Key Responsibilities
• Monitoring compendial updates and ensuring method compliance.
• Supporting and executing method validation, transfer and implementation.
• Leading QC-related projects and managing QC-critical processes.
• Supporting audits and maintaining high inspection readiness.
• Writing protocols, reports, SOPs and change controls.
• Coordinating laboratory execution and following up on analytical work.
• Evaluating validation/transfer data and drawing conclusions.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis using DMAIC.
🎓 Candidate Profile
• Master’s degree in sciences (pharmacy, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, industrial engineering…).
• Minimum 1 year of GMP experience.
• QC, validation, change control or compendial experience is a strong asset.
• Familiar with analytical techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, ELISA, ICP-OES, Western Blot…
• Skilled in project management and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
