Job Title: Brand Ambassador, Belgium, Permanent

Fluent in English + French or Flemish (working knowledge of the other required)
Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel 4–5 days/week
The Brand Ambassador is responsible for delivering volume, distribution, activations, tastings merchandising, pricing performance across their designated market. Responsibility is cover on-premise including high energy and off-premises RIT/independent liquor stores. Inherent in this responsibility is managing importer relationships as well as major customer relationships. The Brand Ambassador is responsible for developing and executing sales programming with the importer as well as managing sales budgets, marketing programs (trade fairs, activations/tasting in-store) in the pursuit of achieving both quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute annual sales plans for Belgium/Luxembourg.
* Manage on-premise and off-premise (retail stores) accounts.
* Build strong relationships with importers and distributors.
* Implement sales programs, tastings, and promotions.
* Track inventory, prevent out-of-stocks, and manage pricing.
* Monitor market trends and ensure brand standards are met.
* Manage budgets and submit regular reports.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of sales experience in beverage alcohol.
* Fluent in English + French or Flemish (working knowledge of the other required).
* Self-motivated, able to work independently.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel 4–5 days/week.
