As a Senior AE / Business Development professional, you'll take ownership of driving new business growth, managing the full sales cycle, and closing high-value deals. You'll focus on expanding our presence in Ghent and across Belgium, working closely with leadership to shape sales strategies. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize campaigns and messaging
Track performance metrics in CRM and report on pipeline growth and conversion
3–6+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B sales, preferably in fast-growing or scaling companies
~ Fluent English; Dutch highly preferred
~ Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
