Checking, booking the invoices, the internal & external staff
expenses - Monitoring payments via Isabel - Resolving disputes with
suppliers (CN,Reminder,.) - Booking financial transactions and
carrying out bank reconciliations 2. Year end and monthly closing:
Help in preparing the Audit file and financial reports 3. Support
to Finance & Business Controler: - Preparation of annual
budgets and periodic forecasts by molecule brand and market segment
- Prepare profitability analysis by product - Monitor performance
by distribution channel - Manage data from pharma-specific systems
- Maintain accuracy in product master data - Maintain Excel
dashboards tailored to the commercial business units 4. Support to
Customer Services: Lettering accounts and monitoring debt
collection 5. Working on ad-hoc project Jouw profiel Educational
background: Bachelor in Accountancy Languages: French, Dutch and
good working knowledge of English IT: Good knowledge in Excell, and
knowledge in Microsoft Office (Inter)personal skills:
Organizational skills, methodical, structured, team player and
