Program Director (Field Service Transformation)

We are looking for an experienced Program Director to join our team on a part‑time basis for a minimum of 6 months. This role is ideal for a consultant with 10+ years of experience in a strategic consultancy firm and with 5+ years of experience in the construction sector, strong skills in process analysis and business analysis.
As a Program Director at Field Service in Motion, you will play a key role in supporting one of our strategic clients based in Brussels by assisting our client in analyzing their operational processes, building the most efficient to‑be operational model that delivers the highest efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Research: Conduct in‑depth business‑based research focused on uncovering productivity levers in the Belgian construction sector.
Program Oversight: Define and manage the overall program scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with senior executives and business leaders to validate findings and ensure actionable insights.
Process & Business Analysis: Analyze operational processes and organizational structures to identify improvement opportunities.
Data‑Driven Insights: Gather, interpret, and synthesize data from multiple sources to support strategic recommendations.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare clear, impactful reports and presentations for client leadership, highlighting key findings and proposed actions.
Knowledge Transfer: Share best practices and insights to strengthen client capabilities in Field Service Management and productivity improvement.
Requirements
Must‑Have:
Prior experience in a strategic consultancy firm, managing complex programs or transformation initiatives.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction sector, with proven expertise in productivity and operational analysis.
Strong background in process analysis, business analysis and lean expertise.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Based in Belgium (Brussels).
