In this role, your main responsibilities will be to
* Embed safety and quality into all improvement projects; analyze root causes and implement corrective actions,
* Develop standard work procedures, improve production routes, and ensure efficiency across processes,
* Identify and deploy new technologies and equipment; support smooth commissioning and integration,
* Act as the site reference, trains teams, and lead Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs,
* Collect and analyze production data to drive decisions and performance improvements,
* Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure sustainable improvements.
You may be the ideal candidate if :
* You have a degree in Engineering or equivalent,
* You have 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing/continuous improvement,
* You have Lean / Six Sigma expertise (Green belt or similar) and strong command of tools such as FMEA, RCA, SMED, TPM, 5S, Kanban,
* You have an analytical mindset, strong communication and leadership skills, customer-oriented,
* You are fluent in English.
