As an AI Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and developing intelligent systems that form their product. Working alongside data scientists and software engineers, you’ll help evolve the company’s machine learning capabilities - from NLP-driven matching algorithms to generative models that enhance HR workflows.
Responsibilities
* Design and build AI models powering the company’s HR SaaS platform.
* Work across the full ML lifecycle - from experimentation and training to deployment and monitoring in production.
* Collaborate closely with the engineering team to translate business needs into AI solutions.
* Use modern NLP and GenAI techniques to improve engagement features.
* Contribute to the development of data pipelines, model APIs, and MLOps workflows to support delivery.
Your Profile
* Proven experience in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Strong background in NLP, LLMs, or applied AI projects.
* Experience deploying AI models in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
* Good understanding of data processing, APIs, and cloud architecture.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
* Interest in AI-powered SaaS applications would be a huge plus.
