Our client is a global company that supplies parts, components and technical services for machinery in the logistics, industrial, construction and agricultural sectors. It offers a very extensive range of products, combined with specialist technical expertise and support.
Your new role
As a customer service employee, you act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries across channels; you accurately manage customer data and build strong relationships by understanding needs and identifying opportunities. Additionally, you share customer insights with internal teams, represent the company at events, guide customers in using the e-commerce platform, and contribute ideas to improve processes and teamwork.
Your profile
1. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
2. Excellent knowledge of EN and SK and/or CZ
3. Strong knowledge of MS Office
4. Communicative, customer-focused, able to work independently
5. Organised, precise, eager to learn
