For our client, a fast-growing Belgian fintech/hrtech scale-up that helps companies rethink how they compensate their people, making salaries truly flexible and employee-driven, we're looking for a French-speaking Account Executive to grow the Belgian customer base.
Who you are
You're commercially driven, but you don't see sales as a numbers game. You genuinely believe that flexible compensation is better for employees - and that makes it easier to walk into an HR director's office and tell that story. You own the full cycle without needing to be managed. You're the type who reads the sales playbook once and then starts improving it.
What you'll be able to brag about
When friends or family ask what you do, you won't be talking about "selling" - you'll be able to say things like:
* I closed our first deal in a new vertical - and then built the playbook for the next five.
* I represented the company at three HR events this quarter and walked away with eight qualified follow-ups.
* I rewrote part of the sales pitch after a lost deal and the win rate on that segment went up.
* I managed a complex multi-stakeholder deal (HR, Finance, Legal) from first contact to signed contract in six weeks.
* I gave product feedback that changed how we pitch to mid-market companies.
You'll fit right in if you:
* Have 2+ years of B2B commercial experience - you know what owning a sales cycle feels like
* Are fluent in French and English; Dutch is a bonus
* Are self-starting, eager to learn, and not afraid to question how things are done
