🎯 Job Purpose
Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of accounting transactions in compliance with internal procedures and local regulations.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
* Accounting entries
* Payroll accounting
* Fixed asset records
* Account for assets
* Analytical accounting
* Preparation of monthly financial and accounting reports.
* Profit and loss statement
* Respond to audit requests and assist with internal and external audits.
* Organize and maintain accounting documentation
* Perform administrative tasks related to the finance department.
* Internal invoicing procedures
* Record supplier and customer invoices in the accounting system.
* Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
* Support the preparation of tax filings and regulatory reports.
📚 Requirements
* Technical or university degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of the entire accounting cycle.
* Knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations.
* Knowledge of the Spanish Employee Portal for the Payroll Management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work in a team.
* High level of English (Upper intermediate level minimum)
