Belgium is a core market for us. We're hiring an Investment Manager to strengthen our presence on the ground in Ghent.
You'll work hand in hand with Partners and founders on real investment decisions — with meaningful ownership from day one.

What you bringEarly-stage VC isn't just about pattern recognition or market models.
At this stage, products are evolving, markets are still forming — and the biggest variable is often the founder/s.
This role is fundamentally about people: earning trust quickly, reading conviction and resilience, asking the questions that really matter, and building relationships long before a deal is obvious.
You're likely a strong fit if you have:4–6 years in early-stage VC, growth investing, top-tier consulting, or a high-performing SaaS/AI scale-up environmentStrong founder intuition — you understand what drives exceptional people and how to spot signal earlyThe ability to build credibility fast : you listen well, challenge thoughtfully, and show up with substanceSound judgement under uncertainty — you can form conviction when the data is incompleteExperience owning key parts of the investment process end-to-endClear, structured thinking and communicationAn AI-first mentality and genuine technical curiosityHigh standards, energy, and a deep interest in company building
VC is analytical — but it is ultimately human. We're looking for someone who masters both.
Language requirementFluent Dutch or French is essential, plus strong English.
