We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on support to end users, manage IT incidents and service requests, and support local IT projects within a global organisation.ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite IT support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issuesTroubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requestsDeploy, upgrade, and refresh laptops and PCsSupport local IT projects and technology rolloutsWork closely with infrastructure and support teamsMaintain accurate ticketing and documentationParticipate in an on-call support rotationRequirements3-5 years' experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Service DeliveryStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365Good understanding of networking fundamentalsExperience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow is a plus)Familiarity with ITIL processesFluent Dutch and English
