Tasks
As Account Manager - Accountant Partnerships, you own adoption and expansion within our existing accountant partner base in Belgium.
You make sure partners sucessfully use Accountable and you help them distribute Accountable to their client portfolio. Your job is adoption, training, and partner success.
You report to the CMO and work closely with Customer Success, Product and Marketing. What you’ll do:
Adoption ownership
* Own a portfolio of accountant partners and drive usage of core workflows
* Build success plans per firm
* Track adoption signals and proactively follow up
Training & enablement
* Run recurring trainings (online and in-person): onboarding refreshers, feature updates, best practices
* Create repeatable playbooks and internal workflows to scale partner success
* Ensure partners know “how to win” with Accountable for self-employed
Distribution support
* Help accountants plan and execute rollouts to their self-employed clients
* Support partner initiatives together with Marketing
* Coordinate internally when a partner needs extra attention
* Help our BV/SRL (limited companies) clients find success with accountant partners
The voice of our partners
* Collect partner insights and objections
* Maintain a structured backlog of needs and share with Product
* Communicate improvements and releases back to partners to drive further adoption

* Activated partners and reduced time-to-activation
* Partners running real rollouts
* Retention and engagement of the partner base
* Clear internal visibility: CRM cleanliness, partner health tracking, quarterly success reviews
Requirements
* Bilingual French and Dutch with professional English
* First work experience in account management, customer success, partnerships or a commercial role
* Strong facilitation skills (training, workshops, stakeholder management)
* Operationally excellent: structured follow-up, CRM discipline, partner health tracking
* Comfortable with accountants: professional, precise, trustworthy communication
* Interested in accounting workflows and serving self-employed customers
