Data Centre Development | Construction Manager | Belgium

Belgium is rapidly strengthening its position as a key European digital infrastructure hub - and we are looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee the on-site execution of mission-critical Data Centre developments.

As our Construction Manager for Data Centre Project, you will be responsible for leading all on-site construction activities from ground-breaking to handover.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations for Data Centre construction projects
* Manage main contractors, subcontractors, and site supervisors
* Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
* Enforce strict Health & Safety compliance in line with Belgian regulations
* Coordinate closely with Project Managers, engineers, and client representatives
* Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve on-site issues
* Lead site meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders
* Support commissioning and final delivery phases
Your Profile:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
* Proven experience in Data Centres, mission-critical facilities, industrial or complex technical construction
* Strong understanding of Belgian construction laws and HSE standards
* Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams on €100M+ projects
* Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
* Fluent in English (Dutch and/or French is a strong asset)
