We are recruiting a Bilingual Technical Support Agent to join a growing European organisation active in the Medtech industry. The company designs and supplies high-quality diagnostic systems used by hospitals and laboratories across Belgium and beyond, with a strong reputation for innovation, stability, and long-term investment in people. This is a junior-level role with excellent training and a clear development path for candidates who are technically curious, customer-focused, and fluent in both French and Dutch.
The role
As a Bilingual Technical Support Agent (French / Dutch), you will be the first point of contact for customers across Belgium to troubleshoot any issues with their large-scale diagnostic and laboratory equipment.
