Description of the position
Join us as an experienced Change and Transformation (Senior) Consultant to help lead client transformations, develop change strategies, and ensure sustainable change across organizations. Your responsibilities will include aligning change initiatives with business goals, acting as a trusted advisor, co-creating solutions, leading change activities, and measuring impact.
About you
* Minimum 3-6 years relevant experience, including external consulting
* Passion for guiding organizations through major transformations
* Experience in implementing and managing change
* Affinity with technology and its impact on work
* Proactive, innovative, and a strong team player
* Excellent communication skills in English plus French or Dutch
