We areseekinga strategic and results-driven Product Manager todefine and manage ourLighting Management portfolio in thecommercialmarket. In this role,you are the end-to-endresponsible,expertand integrator of your product(s) throughout the fulllifecycle,ensuring our offerings align with customer needs and businessobjectivesinaEuropean context.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to define and prioritize the product roadmap, shape the value proposition, and drive the development of innovative products, features, and services that lead the market in energy efficiency, automation, and smart building technologies.
You define,documentand communicate the roadmap and product strategyfor lighting management.You own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle ofproduct.
You define winning product requirements, based onmarketneeds, product/technicalinsightsand market trends
Youbuildthe business case & define business modelsfor your product portfolio
Own pricing input and margin analysis for assigned portfolio elements
Translate regulatory and standards requirements into value propositionsandspecifications
Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, and digital teams to ensure market-fit solutions
Profiel
You hold a higher degree combinedcombinedwith7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing
Strong technical acumen with deep customer insight and market awareness. The commercial building marketand protocols like KNX, Modbus,Bacnetor DALI are not new to you.
System-level thinker with a knack for storytelling and strategic pricing
You have a customer experience mindset in all you do and you put customer success first.
Solid financial and business analysis skills
Excellent communication and influencing abilities across functions and region
Jobis located inSonderborgDenmark, responsibility is to build and driveaEuropean product and solution portfolio. Business travel (mostly within Europe) of around 20% of the time is part of the job.You are fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus. xphnsxz
