Tasks and Responsibilities: As an Inside Sales you will: Identify new business trends and opportunities. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics. Build and maintain relationships with customers and understand their needs. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products and services. Close deals, meet sales targets, drive growth and profitability. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system. Attend events to network with potential clients and partners. Profil
Profile: We need an Inside Sales who has: Proven experience as a Business Developer in a team of inside sales or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication skills, in French and English, both verbal and written. German and Luxembourgish are assets. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. Ability to connect easily with potential clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Energy to reach KPI's, deadlines and monthly targets. Experience with CRM software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for new clients, it's essential for you to be personable, confident and with a smile in your voice.
