The role of Business Developer DACH region focuses on influencing the market and promoting advanced sensor solutions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, aiming to become a leading reference for major European end users. Work you’ll do Your main responsibilities in this role will include: Influencing End Users : Engaging with end users in the DACH region to encourage the adoption of BEA's detection solutions. Creating a Pull Effect : Generating demand for BEA's solutions, fostering a pull effect from potential end users, and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Becoming a Leading Reference : Establishing yourself as a leading reference in various industries within the DACH region, providing expertise and knowledge to end users. Identifying End User Needs : Conducting research and analysis to identify specific needs and requirements of end users that can influence key partners of BEA. First-Line Technical Reference : Understanding end users’ technical realities on the ground and presenting our solutions, clearly explaining how they address user needs. Collaborating with Partners : Collaborating with key partners within BEA to drive successful projects and initiatives. Market Engagement : Engaging with architects, associations, and relevant stakeholders to gain insights into market trends and better understand market needs. Required Qualifications Ideal candidate holds a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, with at least a first relevant experience. Excellent command of German, primary language of communication with end users, and fluency in English and French. Willingness to travel for business purposes, visiting potential end users and attending industry events. Strong analytical and communication skills for market trend analysis and stakeholder engagement. Passionate about complex technological products and possessing a genuine technical mindset. Proactive and self-motivated, emphasizing taking initiatives and seeking learning opportunities. Interest and knowledge in business development strategies, sales, and market dynamics.
