Overall Mission
The Customer Operations & Service Support Specialist is responsible for organizing international shipments in line with temperature control requirements, Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and CRYOPDP Group QA & EHS policies, ensuring alignment with the CRYOPDP premium service offering and customer requirements.
Main Contributions
Provide operational excellence across all shipment activities
Prepare export and import documentation
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and CRYOPDP offices globally
Book cargo space, arrange flights, and issue MAWB
Ensure compliance with import/export and customs regulations
Condition and monitor temperature-controlled packaging and equipment
Request supplier costings and prepare customer quotations
Validate costs and documentation prior to Finance billing
Support customer retention and business growth
Track KPIs and collaborate with the Quality Team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in international logistics
Fluency in English
Fluency in French and/or Dutch
Specific Knowledge
Good understanding of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and temperature-controlled solutions
Willingness to work within the Pharma / Healthcare industry
Knowledge of dangerous goods regulations, including passenger and cargo airline requirements
