As part of the finance team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the group's continued growth by delivering impactful insights, driving financial performance, and helping to shape strategic direction at group level. Collaborate directly with the Head of FP&A, playing an integral role in a dynamic and fast-paced finance team. Assess financial health across multiple countries by gathering and interpreting key financial data. Lead in the preparation of quarterly management reports, integrating Key Financial and Performance Indicators (KFIs & KPIs) for strategic insights. Provide strategic guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support sound business decisions. Perform in-depth evaluations of financial statements—including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows—to ensure accuracy and performance alignment. Analyze business plans and cash flow projections to uncover potential risks and identify growth opportunities. Monitor financial risk exposure in the development portfolio to ensure sustainable, long-term performance. Enhance the integrity and functionality of financial and operational data systems, promoting consistent and accurate reporting. Use your digital fluency and analytical mindset to drive continuous improvement in financial processes, system integration, and decision-making tools. Master in Finance or Business Administration Minimum 3 years of experience in a Big4 or Big10 as an Auditor You are trilingual (FR/NL/EN) You are open to learn and grow professionally You have knowledge in the use of PowerBI tools and excel A very attractive ...
