In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers; you will be the architect of requirements, ensuring our data strategies translate into high-impact business solutions.Based in the heart of Brussels, you will work at the intersection of product ownership, architecture, and technology to foster knowledge continuity and drive the success of our data-driven programs.Your missionAs a vital liaison between the business community and technical delivery teams, your responsibilities will includeRequirement Engineering: Elicit, analyse, and document business, stakeholder, and transition requirementsStrategic Collaboration: Work with Product Owners and Architects to align data requirements with broader technology strategiesBridging the Gap: Translate complex use cases into actionable designs and test conditions for product and UAT phasesTraceability & Quality: Actively manage requirements traceability and lead quality management reviews for prototypes and designsEnd-to-End Execution: Drive the Business Analysis strategy through all project lifecycle phases, managing dependencies with internal and external developersSkills & experienceExperience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in Data/Business Analysis.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent through experience).Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Conceptual Modelling techniques.Deep understanding of IT systems, testing workflows, and requirements management.Proficiency in MS Office (Tableau experience is a significant plus).Language Skills: You are a multilingual communicator with strong English (written/spoken) and a good working knowledge of Dutch and French.You understand workflow processes and ideally possess experience within the Banking sector.
