Ecoterres est une entreprise de travaux, membre du groupe DEME, spécialisée dans la dépollution de friches industrielles et l’entretien des voies d’eau navigables. Ecoterres possède en Wallonie et dans les Hauts de France plusieurs centres de traitement et de recyclage de terres, de sédiments et de divers déchets minéraux pollués.
Nous recherchons un(e) HR Support qui sera en charge de HR démarges pour les ouvriers.

12. Ouvriers : Organisation et suivi des formations, suivi des compétences (cartes d’habilitation). gestion plan de carrière, Organisation suivi médical
13. Employés : Organisation des formations locales spécifiques (par exemple : RGIE, Amiante, secourisme, VCA, Tuteur,…).
14. Point de contact avec le DEME Training Department
15. Payroll & Admin
16. Encodage heures des ouvriers dans le système payroll DEME
17. Déclaration de Chômage économique, chômage intempérie, checkin @ work, suivi documentaire maladie
18. Point de contact avec DEME Payroll Department
19. Point relais HR pour les questions de salaires, travail à l’étranger, questions administratives et légales
20. Graduat HR + idéalement 5 ans expérience en Wallonie.
21. Aptitudes spécifiques : une personne curieuse, polyvalente (pas que pour HR), FR/EN + NL, structurée, rigoureuse, autonome, capacité d’écoute et sens critique
22. Horaire : demi-temps
