About the Role
Join a dynamic and fast-growing SaaS company that has a tangible global impact. As an essential member of the sales team, you will play a crucial role in the company's expansion in Europe by managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Here's what awaits you:
4. Full sales cycle management: You will be responsible for the entire sales process. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients while developing new opportunities.
5. Prospecting strategy: You will actively conduct prospecting activities (% outbound) to identify new opportunities with large companies (+ employees). You will apply proven sales methodologies such as BANT and MEDDIC to qualify prospects and close deals.
6. Prospecting tools: Our client is investing and developing AI tools to help your clients outreach.
7. Collaboration and influence: You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our solutions can transform their operations.
About the Ideal Candidate
️ You are a French OR German native speaker (both is a strong asset), with professional proficiency in English for internal communication.
You have minimum years of experience in BB sales, ideally in sectors such as Tech, Telecoms, or FinTech, with a proven ability to exceed your targets.
You have a "hunter" mentality, strong resilience, and ambition that drives you to achieve ambitious goals. You thrive on generating opportunities and closing deals.
You are naturally curious and excel at asking the right questions to deeply understand your clients' needs.
You are an excellent communicator, you know how to listen actively and collaborate effectively with different teams to achieve common success.
️ You master structured sales methodologies (such as BANT or MEDDIC) and CRM tools to manage complex sales cycles.
