Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the entire process from sourcing to hiring.

* Create and implement strategies specifically aimed at your focus areas.

* Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote our services.

* Create new business opportunities by approaching both new and existing clients.

* Develop and execute business development strategies.

* Maintain and expand relationships with new and existing clients for ongoing growth.

* Negotiate favorable terms by leading effective contract discussions.

* Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify new opportunities.

* Represent us at industry events to enhance networking and visibility.

Requirements:
">

* A background in a scientific or technical field is required.
">
* An additional diploma in management is a plus.
">
* You should be entrepreneurial, analytically strong, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* 0-5 years of experience in business development or recruitment, preferably within Life Sciences or Cleantech.

* You should be fluent in English, with knowledge of French being a plus.
