As an IT Officer at the Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS JU) – a European public-private partnership driving research and innovation in 5G and 6G technologies – you will support the daily IT operations of a dynamic EU institution. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of IT systems, ensuring they align with organizational needs and support the SNS JU’s mission of advancing next-generation digital infrastructure.
* Manage IT equipment, network, and infrastructure.
* Support with daily IT issues (connectivity, printers, collaboration tools).
* Set up workstations and onboard new staff.
* Assist with data migration, document management, and access rights.
* Collaborate with internal colleagues and external service providers.
* Provide IT training and support to end-users.
Vereisten
* Post-secondary diploma in IT, or secondary education with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.
* Experience in EU institutions or international organizations is a plus.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and EU IT tools (, ARES, ABAC).
* Responsible, proactive, and a cooperative team player.
