This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our commercial teams, strengthen leadership capability, and accelerate our growth across a diverse region. /p pAs the HR BP for Commercial, you will work directly with General Managers, Sales Managers, and cross-functional partners to build a high-performing organization. You will be a trusted advisor, a change agent, a talent architect, and a strong champion of our TBCT Leadership Profile.
