Qualifications & Experience:
This role requires 2+ years' experience in a similar Document Controller position within a related industry.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in documentation is essential.
Data analysis skills are required to interpret and assess document management effectiveness.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills are necessary for this role.
The ability to follow established procedures precisely is critical.
Exceptional organisational skills are required for managing multiple documents and workflows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) is required.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for liaising with teams and stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
Experience working with document management software (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, Asite, etc.).
Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance in document control.
A proactive and methodical approach to document management.
