Would you like to work at the heart of international air cargo operations ?
Challenge Group is looking for a Logistics Agent to join our operations team in Liège and help coordinate import/export shipments in a fast-paced environment.
Job purpose:
The Logistics Agent coordinates trucking operations, monitors import/export flows in real time and ensures operations run smoothly and on schedule.
Your responsibilities:
* Monitor logistics movements and update inbound and outbound flow information
* Identify and resolve operational issues
* Report irregularities and non-conformities to stakeholders and direct managers
* Ensure the smooth execution of import and export operations
* Communicate with internal teams and external partners to maintain operational efficiency
Your profile :
* Bachelor's degree in logistics, foreign trade or supply chain management
* Previous experience in logistics or customer support within the airline industry is an asset (junior candidates are also welcome)
* Fluency in English and French
* Comfortable with IT tools and data entry
* Ability to handle multiple requests at the same time while effectively prioritizing tasks
* Team spirit with a desire to learn and develop in the air freight sector
Working conditions:
Shift work: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00 (38 hours/week).
