Description de la fonction PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the team to organise workshops and events, Prepare meetings and events material, Take care of communication actions, updating websites, registrations, newsletters, etc. Support team members to fulfil the association''srole in the EU funded projects (timesheets, drafting and submitting reports, etc.). Archiving documents, updating CRM, and other administration tasks. Support the team in other ad hoc assignments related to the day to day activities of the association. Profil SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS Degree in communication, administration, project management or related studies. Experience in a similar position. Should be able to work autonomously with little supervision. Should be well organised, flexible and open minded. Should be able to set priorities, follow strict deadlines, be proactive Should have good IT skills (Outlook, Office 365) and communication tools knowledge & understanding Knowledge and experience within the European context in Brussels would be highly considered.
