Are you ready to join the movement towards a more sustainable world? As a Product Owner in our Customers Tribe, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalized, trusted, and frictionless interactions to our customers throughout their lifecycle. You'll work closely with stakeholders to determine and prioritize requirements, bridging the gap between Business and IT to drive communication and collaboration.
Your mission is to ensure the development and optimization of functionalities that meet business needs, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer obsession.

As a Product Owner, Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Giving direction to your squad and stakeholders to develop components that meet business requirements
* Prioritizing business opportunities and coordinating with key stakeholders
* Participating in Agile ceremonies and representing the squad towards stakeholders and Tribe Leadership
* Refining OPUS and Features to determine value and prioritization of user stories
* Ensuring backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories You'll be the driving force behind the development and optimization of our customer-facing solutions, working together with your tribe to create a seamless and sustainable customer experience.
YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES
To Succeed In This Role, You'll Need
* Expert knowledge of the Agile Way of Working (backlog management, planning, etc.)
* An entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple topics simultaneously
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-obsessed mindset
* Proficiency in English and at least one national language
