What you'll be doing
5. Align product roadmaps with overall vision in partnership with Product Line Leaders and Upstream Product Managers
6. Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategy
7. Develop and maintain multi-year release plans and initiatives
8. Collaborate with technical teams on architecture, UX, and key capabilities
9. Lead business architecture and workflows for assigned product areas
10. Validate concepts and requirements through stakeholder feedback
11. Balance priorities across architecture, maintenance, and new features
12. Support agile ceremonies and team retrospectives
13. Partner with Product Owners to ensure accurate knowledge transfer
14. Act as subject matter expert in cross-functional initiatives
15. Contribute to internal knowledge bases and user documentation
16. Lead release readiness and commercial launch activities
17. May manage individual contributors
What we look for
18. Bachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, or medicine (Master’s in Business Administration preferred)
19. 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare or clinical trials
20. Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate across teams
21. Full product lifecycle experience and domain knowledge in life sciences
22. Proven collaboration with UX/UI teams on business and data workflows
23. Excellent prioritization and decision-making in agile environments
24. Strong customer engagement and communication skills
25. Leadership experience with ability to influence across levels
26. Experience with respiratory or clinical data capture technologies
27. Experience developing specs within a Quality Management System
28. Familiarity with FDA 510(k), CE Marking, and global device approvals
29. Understanding of GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, device security, GMP, MDD, MDR
