Mission
The Supervisor's main mission is to manage daily operations of the Be Relax spa, Hong Kong. It includes Team creation and management (hire and mentor the team to achieve targets), operations management (Customer service, strategy development, KPI analyzing).
Scope of Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, the supervisor will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Team Management
· Motivate, guide, and train the team
· Contribute to constantly level up the engagement of the team
· Help the general Manager to organize team challenges, events, team building inside and outside the work environment
2. Operations Management
· Participate actively in daily operations, ensuring smooth operations and customer service.
· Contribute to the sales growth as per the strategy established upfront.
· Monitoring the main KPI's, analyzing the figures, and establishing and follow the action plan in coordination with the GM.
· Continuously assess and improve the processes in place to adjust them to our seasonal operations and manpower.
· Monitor the purchasing of the consumables and source best value for money suppliers
· Support the inventory and stock management process
· Implement new promotions, merchandising, POS discounts, in compliance with marketing department guidelines.
· Hands-on is a must, solve problems temporarily and find a durable solution on a second time
· Handling the branch in the GM's absence

Academic Education & Background
-Bachelor or Master Degree
-3-4 years' experience as a supervisor/store manager
Technology & IT: Outlook, MS Office
