As a Customer Complaint Specialist, you are responsible for managing the entire process of customer and dealer complaints, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer and dealer complaints, from receipt to resolution.
- Investigate incidents and coordinate communication between all relevant parties.
- Drive the process to ensure timely solutions and proper closure.
- Conclude complaints, assign responsibilities, and manage any financial settlements as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback with internal stakeholders, markets, and to optimize future performance.
