We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to guide and mentor a team of 4 junior developers in Sint-Niklaas. You will combine technical leadership with active development, ensuring high-quality delivery while supporting the growth of junior team members.
Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 4 junior developers
* Act as the technical authority within the team
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications
* Work on both frontend and backend systems
* Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholders
* Ensure best practices in development, testing, and deployment
* Contribute to and improve DevOps and cloud infrastructure
Qualifications
* Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
* Strong experience with .NET / C#
* Proven experience in a Tech Lead or senior developer role
* Solid knowledge of Angular
* Understanding of UI/UX principles
* Experience with Microsoft Azure
* Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerization
* Good knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, pipelines, automation)
* Experience mentoring or leading junior developers
Required Skills
