About the role:
As a Brand Ambassador within our banking division, you will be the main point of contact between our company and our German-speaking customers. Your mission will be to provide high-quality support, respond to inquiries, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Your responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding banking products and services (via phone, email, or chat).
* Communicate clearly and professionally in German.
* Assist customers with questions related to their accounts, transactions, orders, etc.
* Stay up to date with regulations and compliance standards.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality service.
* Collaborate with team members to share best practices and knowledge.

Profile required:
* Full proficiency in German, enabling effective interaction with customers.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset.
* Previous experience in customer service, banking, or finance is an asset, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
