Als Projectleider volg je de werkzaamheden rond de bouwkundige discipline van nutsleidingen op vanuit een helikopterperspectief. Je hebt de algemene leiding van de projecten en stuurt werfleiders aan. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheidsorganisatie op de werf, de rendementen, efficiëntie, financiële resultaten van de door jou begeleide projecten. Je geeft leiding aan de coaches. Zelf leg je verantwoording af aan de Business Unit Manager.
Some of your duties include:
* Het onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers.
* Attend coordination meetings.
* De planning, budgetering en uitvoering van de projecten bewaken.
* Oversee pre-financing (site inventory, requisition approval, invoicing,...).
* Preparation and follow-up of claims in consultation with the Business Unit Manager.
* Voorbereiding tot oplevering en bijwonen van deze oplevering.
* Ensure compliance with existing safety and quality procedures.
* Het bewaken van de vooropgestelde KPI's.
Your profile
* Diploma in higher education in a technical field or equivalent through experience.
* Bij voorkeur heb je kennis van nutsleidingen.
* Ervaring met projectmanagement, planning, budgettering en préfinaciering.
* Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, je kan je behelpen in het Frans.
* Een teamspeler die het team weet te motiveren.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Flexible and willing to work outside standard office hours.
* Good knowledge of project management tools.
