As a Web Functional Analyst, you will partner with technical experts and business stakeholders to define, document, and validate requirements for our web portal and digital channels. You will lead workshops, translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories, model processes, and support testing and incident resolution to ensure seamless delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum 3-5 years in a Functional Analyst role
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
What will you do?
* Lead and facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders.
* Analyse, challenge, and refine business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
* Model and document business processes using BPMN, UML or similar techniques.
* Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure accurate implementation and quality assurance.
* Support incident resolution and rapid improvements within the Salesforce platform.
* Contribute to process documentation maturity and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Communicate effectively across different organizational levels.
