MERCHANDISING ANALYTICS INTERN

About the Job
1. For this position, the analytics intern provides support in the day-to-day operational activities within the Merchandising team. You’ll support the team in bringing the latest trends to life and you’ll gain hands on experience in analysis, reporting and insights while being in direct contact with the Merchants and Levi’s products
2. You'll assist the analytics team in providing accurate and insightful reports on a timely and ad hoc basis looking across an omni channel marketplace
3. You'll support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of new tools to help the merchandising team in key milestones
4. You’ll collaborate and liaise with cross-functional departments to identify best ways of working and sources of data
5. You’ll support the team with daily task of data analysis, system updating, data entries and reporting responsibilities
6. You’ll support in database completion and accuracy. Collaborate and liaise with different departments
7. You’ll be involved in the seasonal pricing set-up and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate input
About You
8. Previous experience in a data role would be preferred
9. Proactive, self-organized, analytical mindset, ability to work independently and a strong attention to detail
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office- particularly in Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot tables)
11. Demonstrates passion for apparel/accessories industry and product knowledge, i.e.
denim culture, sustainability
12. Strong interest in analysis and systems, comfortable with data and numbers
13. Excellent interpersonal skills
14. Strong time management and organizational skills
15. Fluent in English
16. Start date : August 2025 for 6-12 months
