Acting as a coach, facilitator, and challenger, you work hand in hand with operational teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring compliance and operational agility. Your presence will be strong on the shop floor and within cross-functional governance forums, ensuring alignment with business objectives and robust problem-solving.What will you do?Support operational teams in implementing continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated environment.Facilitate and coach teams in structured problem-solving for complex operational issues.Challenge current practices and promote sustainable corrective actions.Develop and strengthen Operational Excellence capabilities across teams.Maintain active shop-floor engagement to understand operational realities and identify improvement opportunities.Participate in cross-functional performance and deviation review meetings.Diagnose systemic issues and contribute to process optimization projects.Your Profile:Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical operations with a strong background in Operational Excellence.Certified Lean Green Belt or Black Belt; solid knowledge of LeanSix Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement tools.Strong understanding of CAPA management within GMP-regulated environments.Excellent facilitation and coaching skills with proven experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.Proficient in project management; able to lead cross-functional teams.Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.Comfortable working in a consulting context with strong adaptability and interpersonal skills.What Avertim OffersHigh-impact assignments with European clients in our core sectors.A culture of experience, excellence, and diversity, working alongside subject-matter experts.Learning & development tracks with mentoring, internal academies, and access to external trainings/certifications.The opportunity to drive initiatives that perform, innovate, and comply—with a sustainable mindset.Our compensation package:Company car or green mobility packageFull hospitalization insurance and extensive group insurance packageIndividual & Collective bonus plan13th month + double holiday allowance29 days of paid holidays + possibility to buy up to 5 additional days via cafeteria planLaptopUnique training, certification & learning opportunitiesMeal vouchers & Eco-chequesCafeteria planPossibility to work 2 weeks from abroadAnd much more!
