Maintenance Engineer (5-10 years experience)
Initial 1 year freelance contract + possible extension

Fluent Dutch
Analyse maintenance and failure data (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
Develop, draft and adjust maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, RCM).
Safeguard the continuity and quality of the maintenance process.
Identify and implement performance improvements for utility installations.
Provide support for Root Cause Analyses (RCA) after breakdowns.
Contribute to tenders and supplier selection for maintenance services.
Collaborate with operational teams for continuous improvement.
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics, energy technology, or equivalent.
Able to communicate fluently in Dutch (working language on the floor).
Good command of English (reporting, communication with international colleagues).
Experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial environment.
Knowledge of utility systems (HVAC, water, compressed air, steam, electricity, sprinklers).
Knowledge of SAP PM is a plus.
