The position ensures Quality Control (QC) systems, processes, and operations meet global regulatory standards, driving compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and develop the QA Analytical Services team. /li liEnsure compliance of QC systems, operations, and processes with global regulations (EMEA, FDA, PIC/S, ICH) and UCB standards. /li liManage QC quality systems activities, including deviations, investigations, change control, validation, audits, and documentation. /li liDrive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance compliance, quality KPIs and operational excellence. /li liPrepare QC teams for inspections and act as key contributor during audits and regulatory interactions. /li liOversee data integrity, analytical system compliance, and risk‑based quality decision‑making across QC activities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 10 years in a regulated pharmaceutical, life‑science, or health‑related environment, with 5 years in QA and 5 years in QC. /li liStrong expertise in QC laboratory operations, analytical techniques, and relevant international regulations. /li liProven leadership experience managing a QA team in a complex environment. /li liSolid experience with Quality Management Systems, audits, and risk‑management tools (FMEA, HAZOP, etc.). /li liExcellent communication, problem‑solving, prioritization, and cross‑functional influence skills. /li liFluency in English and French; ability to work independently, manage conflicts, and drive decision‑making. /li /ul pUCB is an equal opportunity employer.
