About the Recruitment Role :
This is a dynamic and innovative position that involves end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key responsibilities will include :
* IDentification of needs;
* Writing and posting job advertisements;
* Candidate search on job boards, social networks and other sources;
* Candidate assessment through project highlighting and career evaluation, as well as organization of interviews;
* Follow-up with candidates throughout the process until contract signature;
* Participation in partner forums and job fairs.
To achieve success, you will need to build a strong candidate pipeline and develop trusting relationships with both candidates and business stakeholders. You'll have access to various acquisition tools including job boards, professional social networks and internal databases.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
* Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or related field;
* Demonstrated organizational and communication skills;
* Previous recruitment experience is an asset;
* Fluency in English and French languages.
