SALES & STOCK SUPPORT – BOUTIQUE KNOKKE
fixed-term contract 6 months full-time
In this position you will support the KNOKKE Boutique by supporting administrative and back-of-house duties, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation and teamwork at all times.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
CUSTOMER SERVICE & ADMINISTRATIVE
1. Provide the highest level of customer service to colleagues at all times, including prompt response to requests from clients, Boutique Management, colleagues and Head Office
2. Support on the shop floor as needed, apply CHANEL standards of customer service including welcoming clients, presenting new collections, escorting clients to the door as appropriate
3. Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and Boutique Management within own and other Boutiques, as well as with CHANEL Head Office as required
4. Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels
5. Accurately document messages and deliver to Fashion Advisors on a timely manner
6. Work effectively and efficiently within the team, ensuring memos and information notices are current and posted in each area and staff room
BACK-OF-HOUSE
7. Assist in inventory management (shipments, transfers, cycle counts, consolidation, etc.)
8. Execute after-sales tasks (send sales, repairs, etc.)
9. Ensure inventory integrity and organization at all times
10. Partner with Fashion Advisors to ensure back of House organization
11. Take ownership of stockroom organization and maintenance
BOUTIQUE SUPPLIES
12. Ensure that back-office areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
13. Ensure cash and wrap stations are prepared and stocked
14. Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels

Position Requirements:
23. Successful experience in retail operation and/or stock experience in luxury environment/Fashion
24. Knowledge of shipping and back-office experience will be considered a strong asset
25. Passion for client experience, details, fashion and luxury
26. You are a self-driven, positive, and independent person
27. You are trustworthy with a high degree of integrity and ethics
28. Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
29. Living in or around Knokke and full-time available during the period April to October
