About the Role
We’re looking for a Site Administration Coordinator to support administrative and on-site compliance activities for a major construction project.
Your mission? Ensure workers, subcontractors, and teams are correctly registered, properly trained, and equipped to work safely and legally on site.
Key Responsibilities
Verify the administrative compliance of workers and subcontractors before site access
Check permits, certifications, and training validity (safety training, work-at-height, machinery, etc.)
Ensure all personnel have the appropriate tools and PPE according to safety standards
Maintain and update compliance records and documentation
Perform routine checks on-site and assist with audits
Report non-compliance and follow up with corrective actions
Collaborate with site management, HSE teams, and contractors
Profile We’re Looking For
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Good communication skills – able to interact with workers and contractors
Ability to start work early (presence on site from 7:00 AM)
Interest in construction and security standards
Experience in compliance or construction is a plus, but not required – training provided
